Only #LinkedIn could send out an announcement informing a user of their inclusion in a supposedly limited release of\change to their application (and user’s profiles) that lacks any hint of excitement, or clear specifics as to how these latest features are going to improve their profile. Instead, to “find out more about these changes” as “one of the first to preview a new way to showcase rich content on my profile”; users can visit the generally available “Help Center”!? This is either a genius ninja-method of informing users that existing features and integrated content are being revoked (with a day’s notice), or the weakest marketing collateral, ever.

The only feeling this e-mail invokes is the feeling that I should reply with an e-mail of my own which contains the subject line; “No Thanks!”.
